Founded by Harry McGregor, Keeping Well Company was born from a passion to improve workplace well-being through mental health education and understanding. With lived experience and a professional background in mental health for over 4 years, he has worked in an established crisis centre team, before moving into his current role as a senior peer support practitioner.
